Thanks for visiting and allowing us to introduce ourselves! We are Jeremy, Kristine, and Joshua Ferguson, missionaries to the country of the Philippines. Jeremy was born in Gainesville, Florida in 1977 and lived there until six years old. Then he moved to South Florida where he spent most of his life growing up. Jeremy spent his high school years in Ocala, Florida and his college years in Gainesville at The University of Florida.
Not long after graduating in the summer of 1999 with a BS in Computer Sciences Jeremy came to know Jesus Christ as Savior. At the time he was working as a computer programmer in Alachua, Florida and the Lord led him to Highland Missionary Baptist Church, in Gainesville, Florida, where he began serving Him in several capacities. At Highland, the Lord blessed him with a wonderful opportunity to study the Bible through Faith Bible Institute, a three year, through-the-Bible Institute from which he graduated with a Bible college diploma. The Lord also gave Jeremy the opportunity to preach at Highland on a regular basis (thanks Pastor Rick for sharing the pulpit every third Wednesday night of the month)! Jeremy also served in an inner city outreach at Highland, which was his first mission work.
When Jeremy was called to mission work in the Philippines he quit his computer programming job, sold his belongings, and got on a plane within three months and has been in the Philippines for 13 years straight ever since. Jeremy and Kristine (a Filipina from the province of Pampanga) met in the Philippines and were married on July 17, 2004. On September 1, 2005, Kristine gave birth to our first child, Joshua, who is saved and serving the Lord.
We are busy serving the Lord as missionaries on the islands of the Philippines sharing the Gospel. The Philippines is a land of millions of lost people who need Jesus Christ. You can read about everything happening in the ministry here by visiting our "Newsletters" page.
We are in Pampanga where the first church we've planted in Mexico sees 200 in regular attendance, has a Bible College, and even supports local and foreign mission works. We also have a disaster relief ministry and are preparing to start an orphanage. Through this church we have trained up and sent out missionaries to the nearby areas of Nueva Ecija/Arayat and in the mountains of Porac where we have two churches and one mission point among the Aeta tribal people. We also have another Bible College focused on training up Aeta men to become missionaries and pastors to their own people.

When I survey the wondrous cross
on which the Prince of glory died,
my richest gain I count oss,
and pour contempt on all my pride.
See from His head, His hands, His feet, sorrow and love flow mingled down! Did e'er such love and sorrow meet, or thorns compose so rich a crown?     ("The Wondrous Cross" - Isaac Watts)
